By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
I. copyright (personal use)
➩ I, the artist, will have no control over the ways in which the artwork(s) are subsequently used, however the use will exclusively be for the client and whomever they give permission to. New royalty fees will be incurred if the work is reused for the purpose of merchandising.➩ I, the artist, cannot post any part of the work in any public media unless allowed to do so. Posting without the client's notice may only be allowed after debut unless the client continues to prohibit it. The work will may be then used for the purpose of:
Promotional material
Social media posts
Portfolio
II. Payment
➩ Payment is made through PayPal or GCash.
➩ 100% upfront after sketch approval.➩ Full refund will be given if I declare that I am unable to finish your commission for whatever reason.
III. Ordering and Delivery
➩ I may refuse your order(s) or request for whatever reason I may have.➩ Commissions that will be used for NFTs will be rejected.➩ Commission duration may take about 1-5+ weeks depending on the type, details, and unpredictable life events.➩ Final result will be uploaded through Google Drive
IV. Others
➩ All my works are prohibited for any use regarding AI.➩ Any potential client who have used AI to pass it off as original art or are refusing to acknowledge it as such will be placed on a blacklist.
